Student a toddy drinker

21 year old male student by occupation from nakrekal came to the opd with chief complaints of intermittent pain and fever .
HISTORY OF PRESENT ILLNESS:
Pain in the right epigastrium and right hypochondrium and fever since 20 days for which he went to a local hospital and he was treated apart from treatment he was still having intermittent pain and fever for which he came to our hospital.

No similar complaints in the past .

FAMILY HISTORY:
NO revelant family history
PERSONAL HISTORY:
DIET : mixed
Appetite : decreased since 20 days
Bowel and bladder : regular 
Sleep : adequate 
Addictions: Toddy drinker since 2 years 3 bottles a day .
On examination:
Patient is conscious,coherent and cooperative.
No pallor,No icterus ,no clubbing ,No koilonychia,no lymphedenopathy and no edema .
VITALS :
Pulse :82bpm
Resp rate :16cycles per min 
BP : 110/70mmhg.
Systemic examination:
Cvs : S1, S2 heard
Resp : normal vesicular breath sounds heard .
Per abdomen :soft and non tender .
CNS : no focal neurological deficit .
CHEST X RAY : 

Probable diagnosis:
Liver abscess.
